5.7 johnson spitfire

any of you gun guys on here ever heard of this round. been around since the early sixties as far as i can tell. i am looking for some info on it. mainly trying to get a handle on barrel twist and lenght for this caliber. it was designed on an m1 carbine platform, but i am looking at putting a barrel on my encore. any help or opinions out there.
