Here's my favorite.  Atomic Buffalo T's (rhymes with birds)...I've seen the the Woodshed.







Pretty simple.  Jalapeno pepper, cream cheese, Lil Smokie of your choice, and wrapped with bacon.  Hour or more at 250 or so.  Not original but excellent.  Guests will find the ones they are fond of and snap them up at a staggering pace.

Jeff and I had a pale full of smoked sausages up at the camp and he introduced me to Burlkraft's hot dried pepper mix. I poured some on the sausage with ketchup and mustard. No effect. I told him I was immune. :D
