Log home repair opportunity

One of my laboratory co-workers is looking for assistance with her 1980s D-log house in Montgomery NY.
The house needs several courses of logs replaced on the south side plus windows and doors reworked to help prevent future damage.  Also some sort of subfloor (possible joist) problem in the same area and rodent damage at the eves.
I haven't been out to look at the property yet so I'm a bit hazy on the details.
