Hi, I recently bought an alaskan mill with a 72" double ended bar and I was wondering what type of sprockets I should use with it? I have rim sprockets now but I was told I need spur sprockets because using the rim sprockets the chain tends to fall off or something I guess.

Mine was a 30" single head Alaskan. I used rim sprockets because nobody told me I shouldn't. Maybe that's why the chain never fell off :D :D.
