Hi guys 'n' gals.

Wanted to say hello to all the members here. Been lurking here for a bit but am a recent member at Arboristsite (which makes me one of the refugees I guess ha ha). Seems like a lot of Canuckleheads hang around here which is nice to see ;) Will be watching to see if there are any Leafs/Sens threads so I can avoid them lol.

Have used Echos previously but recently picked up a Husky 435, christened it at my cabin last weekend. Trail clearing on my property is the task at hand so it'll be easier snowshoeing when it turns white.

Looking forward to being a part of FF

cheers

Welcome Woodenboater.  I own several boats but mine are all plastic.  I've owned several wood ones...way too much work...but they are pretty.

Howdy woodenboater, sounds like you have a good plan, snowshoeing does sound like fun, and no better time to saw then in cool dry weather,   david
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Who???? Seriously welcome aboard. You won't find much hockey talk here at least while the baseball playoffs and foot ball are on.

Welcome aboard , but hockey is drowned out from all the football and baseball noise.  It's pretty funny really with all the American hockey teams out there. Hardly a peep. I think it's a boycott. :D

thanks for the welcomes everyone. don't actually watch much hockey anymore, flow is gone and too much staged fighting. the Jays had hopes this year getting Dickie et al but people are wondering if the roof at the dome has any effect on his pitching. guess Toronto will have to wait a bit longer to repeat the WS wins of the Carter/ Alomar era ;)

Welcome aboard, woodenboater!  (see what I did there? ;D ;) :D)  Only hockey I get to see around here is Umaine (one or two games a year), got to see Paul Kariya the one year he played here.  That was a good year...that we are still chasing. ::)
