Jeff, a few weeks ago I was having problems with my Outlook Express browser and ended up going to Firefox.  Ever since that change, when I go to log in here at the forum; I get a flag that states "This is not a secure site" I have had no problems with the site, but was wondering why this is happening? Thank you for all your hard work, keeping this fine forum going. 8)

It is because we don't use https on the forum, as most forums don't. THe new browsers put the nag in there as they want all websites to go to https.

I just noticed that on my browser - Google Chrome.  So I came here and found this topic.

And??

Let me reiterate. The website did not change. the security level of it did not change from what it has always been. Let me change that. The security has gotten better because I make sure that the software stays updated to the latest versions, so there is improvement over time. Your browsers and the standards of which changed due to google wanting all websites to eventually be https.

We will eventually have to probably do something

Just showing that it came to my attention on my computer too.  Must be a new thing as Jeff said.
