According to our local news a man was cutting a tree near a major four-lane. Tree fell into the road striking a car and killing a passenger. He is now facing charges including; involuntary manslaughter, trespassing and cutting or injuring a tree near a highway. Sad all the way around. 
Give me a new saw chain and I can find you a rock in a heartbeat.
