I have a Video I would like to post....  I can't seem to find out how to do this....Help  !!

Upload it to Youtube and just post a link to it.

The Forum doesn't have the facility to host large video clips, so you are allowed to link to them externally. The forum software will automatically embed the clip, just put the URL in your post.
