About 1 to 2 inches this AM and 4 now and 30 degrees.
In my hot tub with a dry martini.
I will say that we live in a micro climate where snow fall typically is more than the surrounding area.
If you go 5 miles in any direction there are just  traces of snow.
Is this typical in recent years  ? No.
But back in 1985 or 6 when I was a young (er) buck I went cross country skiing on 10" of fresh snow on April 10.
I am sawing tomorrow come Heck or high water.

You sure don't look 80 years old you old fart.
You look more late 60's.
Looking good Pete! Keep sawing.  8)
The older I get I wish my body could Re-Gen.

My 13 year old daughter and I were reading the FF together when we came across Peter in his hot tub.  She and I both said the same thing as David- he does not look 80, he looks young.  I had to explain to her that folks up north must age slower than we do.  That sure does look like a good way to spend the day.

Pete, the kids from the school I left last year won the state FFA Forestry contest last fall and I have been working with them some and hopefully they will all decide to compete in the national contest next October.  If they do, I may ask you to get out of your hot tub and send us some more dendro samples.
