That settles it.  I知 making concrete wheel weights and painting them orange.  I will place j bolts in them right where they need to be to fit the wheels.  Just need a good form to use.

Metal drum cut in pieces with steel conduit welded to the holes you make in bottom.  Id tack a few pieces of rebar inside to keep them from bulging or dropping the whole puck out.

Weld an eyelet to the outside so that you can use a hoist to help put them on or off. Itll be a handful.

Yes, putting them on will be a trick.  I wish I could use the loader.

If you make the wheel bolts accessible with some plastic drain pipe you could mount the weights first then mount the wheel on the tractor. Some blocking and leverage to stand the wheel up after the weights are secured.

Alright then roll it up a plank onto your floor jack positioned at the bulge of the tire.  Raise to height with the jack, steer into position with a rope tied off to your seat bracket, looped through the top eyelet or weld loop or whatever you decide to use for anchoring.  This top rope will also help prevent dropping it on yourself.

Have a ratchet strap rigged up so you can cinch the puck against the tire and be free to crawl behind and pass bolts through.  I tack weld nuts to all thread when i need a long bolt.  Just beware its low grade and stretches/snaps pretty easy.
