Load Trail Gooseneck Trailer
« on: June 05, 2018, 09:09:45 AM »
I've read, understand and agree to the terms for selling items on the Forestry Forum.

2001 Load Trail gooseneck trailer. 14,000lb GVWR. 21' deck. 5' pop up beaver tail for 26' of flat deck or down for a beavertail with two pull out ramps. 8' wide deck. 101" overall from rub rail to rub rail. Deck over the gooseneck. Warn 14,000lb winch that needs solenoids with controller and roller fairlead. Toolbox. Spare tire. Three tires are good and the fourth has some weather checking but is not flat or even low. Unknown if lights or brakes work. The truck's harness and brake controller were non functioning and it's sold. Bring your truck and we'll plug it in. Reasonable offers considered. $5,000.00 cash sale. Possible trade deal on an older good running, tight backhoe. No other trades.

Plugged in the lights tonight and 1 of four tail lights is out and so is one amber side marker light.  Brake lights and turn signals work.  New truck doesn't have a brake controller so I still don't know about them.

I figured it must be a 1500 to not have a brake controller.

We don't need a 3/4 ton anymore.  We've still got the F550 for heavy hauling.  We couldn't justify the costs of a new diesel as a daily driver.

Sold!!  A guy from Lansing came up today and hauled it away.  He's moving to Arizona shortly and his father is moving from California to Idaho.  They've got plans for it 8) 8)  Craig's List sale.
