Question is I've got 3 nice size pine trees they are dead & still standing,Was wondering ? It will be awhile before I can saw them up for lumber,Would it be  best to leave them standing as is ,Or saw them down how, & get the logs off the ground. Mark,,,,,

POSTON WIDEHEAD

They're off the ground now. I would leave them unless you have something close by they may fall on in a wind storm.
The older I get I wish my body could Re-Gen.

poston is right, but one more thing to consider. If the wind does take them down, you might lose some good wood due to splintering. If there are no bad spots to weaken them, then they keep in the air as good as cut.
