Pick/hookaroon length

Just recieved a Log rite 36" hookaroon and thought I'd throw in my 2cents. Not much sizing info out there, I'm 6'4" and the 36" is a good fit. Arms length just hits the ground. Perfect for tossing firewood around or reaching across the mill! Was a little skeptical about it to be honest, I guess the old school was coming out. It didn't have a wooden axe handle! I'll say I did give the tip a few licks with a file and a little tap on the anvil to match my pulp hook for hardwood. Seems like an  excellent tool, and a backsaver!
