Cleaning some bark off some live edge I'm using for a project.
I slipped with one of my antique chisels that's honed well.
And got my hand good
I know better but trying to save some time.
My first stiches (https://forestryforum.com/gallery/albums/userpics/36349/20180316_185407.jpg?easyrotate_cache=1521242642) (https://forestryforum.com/gallery/albums/userpics/36349/20180316_185357.jpg?easyrotate_cache=1521242622)
There it is!
Ouch 😨 looks like you tried to take off the wrong bark. Heal quickly.
Good one.
Did the medical pros give you a tetanus shot as an encore?
Gerald
Got that last year :)
That's nothing.
I was drilling a house to blow in insulation,½ drill, the bit came loose,I was under a porch,no room to move. I took the chunk and gave it a good twist. Yep,my hand was still on the trigger. That big chunck key took a chunk of meat out in that same area. Just ripped it apart. Yep,a better than dumb move. Now I always unplug the drill. ;D
Messed up your hoof there did ya? :)
Looks like it is still on there.

It's hard not moving you thumb when you try to do something with it.
