What is required by law to move saw logs from Mississsippi to Texas, restrictions by species or size limit?I just got a logmaster band mill and have relatives in Miss. I am milling fire killed pine right now to build a timberframe house....my house burned in the recent Texas wildfire.any insight would be much appreciated thank you.

There are so many logs that move from La. toward mills in Tx. I doubt you would ever be noticed.

It would be most wise to contact the state agriculture agencies in both states before you move the logs.  It could be a lot less inconvenient for you to do it in advance.  Don't ask me how I know.    ::)
