The company that owns Fisher did buy them out
They make the blade the same under the snow ex brand.
The frame hook up is different.
If I can't find a blizzard in good shape I will buy a new set up.
The truck has under 20,000  miles on it.
Need to build higher side boards for delivering firewood.

The best way we've found to remove the two piece spark plugs on the '04-'08 (I think those are years) is with an impact gun and a hot engine. Have all your tools ready, drive it about 10 miles, pull all the coils off on one side, and zip out the plugs with an impact. After installing those plugs put it back together, drive it a few more miles to get it hot again and do the other side. The impact gun seems to shock them free much better than the steady pressure of a wrench.

You'll still twist one apart occasionally but we've had great luck doing this.

Went to the gravel pit this morning and got 2 loads of ledge pack for the yard.
Dumped the first load all the way up and the body would go down
Had to hold the button and have my friend push it down with the tractor some, then it powered down.
On the 2nd load didn't top it out and it went down on its own.
Any thoughts
Going to grease it on the hinges

I delivers the truck to a heavy equipment repair shop this morning.
The place I bought it from is paying for the repairs

I got a great deal on an '04 Chevy a few years ago with 20,000 miles. Has the 6.0 engine, and the gas mileage is really bad.  Good reason to leave it in the shed and drive the tacoma.
Most everything I enjoy doing turns out to be work

Trucks back and fixed.
Made a delivery of framing lumber over the mountain this afternoon.
Truck went well.
I can't get over how much more heavy duty this Ford f350 is over the same year Chevy 3500

Got the plow put on Henry and it works great.
Needs a new cutting edge on the straight part.
The Ford is so high you can hardly see the plow.
The Chevy I ran for years sat so low the plow would drag when lifted on an angle.
Always ran a Fisher straight blade.
I like this blizzard
extendable wing it makes clean up faster.
I don't care for the full trip
mouldboard.
Fisher bought out blizzard and has this plow with a edge trip.
It's fast and wings back great.
I will clean up this blade and look for a spare one.
I don't like the control box it to Big and on the right.
I always ran left hand controls.
