Looks like Jerry fired up his smoker again, and this time it was Boston Butt....MMMMmmmmm !!!

I've taken to curing butts in a salt/nitrate/molasses..then smoking them...baaaaaccccooonnn!

You know what they say "when you find a system that works"....."stick with it".

I don't want anyone messing with the deal I've got going.  I'm going to keep on supplying Jerry with oak slabs.

Yup! Me thinks that's a great name for Magic after seeing the many pics of meat that he posts here. :) :) :)
