Yes 18" is just right on any saw I run the most. But my new 20" Stihl ES Light bar is sure nice getting used to though.
:D I am not sure about that. My mother was raised on an isolated homestead on the Telegraph Trail between Quesnel and Vanderhoof, the winters are long and COLD there too.
