Got lucky today. Only took a little chunk out of my finger tip. Didn't hurt too bad. That finger tip already had been injured by a cat bite years ago and had very little feeling. I was even using a push stick when it happened. Reminder to self, if you need a push stick that means you need to keep the other hand clear too dummy.

Yikes!  When I saw the title, I was afraid you were going to tell us you'd lost a finger.  Glad it was just a nibble.

Just enough to make me feel like a real dumd ash.

That is scary.  Table saws are scary.

Glad it was not worse. I lost a finger tip to a table saw many years ago and am still overly cautious working with them.

Ahh, man. Ya got me. :D

That puss is fake?  I hope she passed with flying colors.

Every bit of it is fake, and mainly from household items. The puss and ridging are gelatin. She definitely passed.

Not bad at all. Just took off the bandage to let it air out some. First time I really took a good look. Took about a 1/4 of the finger nail and just a pinch of meat. No where close to the bone. Very lucky. No pain to it unless I bang it on something. Only managed to do that about 3 - 4 times today.  ::)

Glad to hear you've escaped any permanent damage.
Today I bought a friends entire stash of wood because he wasn't so lucky. :(
