Dead Birds

The ends of my house are fletch cut cedar which was popular during the 70s' .One of the those peckerwoods ,downey or his cousin could not resist pecking holes in it .

I patched those holes until I just plain lost my patience.22 bird shot and my single shot HR fixed that problem .

When I repainted the trim and cedar a few years back I got a woodpecker resistant stain from the paint store which must be working.No more holes .

We have a few pilated woodpeckers down here. Din't see any for years, but the last few yrs they seem to have come around again.
