I had a reliable source tell me that MSMA will be off the market by 2013.  Then I found the following articles.  I hope my source is wrong.  But you might want to stock up.  Because it works.

Yep. I was notified last year that the EPA would be phasing out its registration. Problem is the arsenic content. Too many folks use it improperly, on hay fields and cow pastures and and such. My next door neighbor killed five of his cows with it several years ago. This was when he was a county commissioner, and when they died he assumed that someone had poisoned his cows, so he got the sherriff involved...They eventually found out it was his own doin' ::)
