Me wife saw a commercial for a pressure cooker and had to have it. So I at the mart yesterday and they still had some for half off so I got her one.  I was kind of skeptical  so I tried it out. . Had half a brisket so I coated it with my special rub.  Then I seared it on a flat plate and rubbed some more  seasoning on it. I took a jar of stubs sauce, a table spoon of liquid smoke and 1 jar of water.   Mixed it in the cooker, put the meat in, closed it up and turned it on.  Since the family was coming over before my surgery I figured I'd try it.   OMG in 1 hour it was as tinder as if it had been smoked for hours.  To be honest it was almost as good.

The wife does not cook many meals in hers, but she cans in it. Chicken has a whole diffeant flavor. She likes to can soup in it. Just like opening a can of soup. All that she has to do is warm it up.

I have several different sizes and use them 2-3 times a month. They sure make a nasty, tough piece of meat juicy and tender.

We have a small one that is great for dried beans. Makes the chili come out real thick and creamy. :)
