   How are you using it?

   So far we have:

1. Repeat - warm it up with a plate of green bean casserole, corn, dressing and rolls
2. Turkey sandwiches - classic :)
3. Turkey salad
4. Turkey hash - fry 5-6 big diced taters with an onion, add diced turkey, season with salt, pepper, Worcester Sauce and maybe hot sauce and its "fit to eat"

Pot pie is likely soon - diced turkey, mixed frozen veggies, cream of turkey soup for gravy/filling, cover with soupy biscuit mix and bake slow. Another favorite.

Turkey fried rice is another distinct possibility too.  Garnish with cold pineapple chunks or rings as a side dish.

Sweet and sour sauce simmer the turkey in it. Cook some rice top with the sauce. Dill pickle is good to go with it.

Good catch. Been a while since we made sweet and sour but another fast and easy classic.
