Blower works but not heat. Any ideas?

Stuck thermostat in the engine? Other possibilities are your heater core is plugged with goop or your blend door is not moving in the plenum. Thermostat is the easiest and cheapest to try first.

Hard for me to check any of it right now. Me and the truck are a llloooongggg ways apart. I suspect heater core but could just as easily be the door. It definitely groans when shifting.

You should not hear the doors open and close. They can be checked by feeling the air flow from the vents as the control knob is moved. If that is ok and the engine comes up to proper temperature the core is plugged.
I had it replaced in my 05 last fall, the part wasn't expensive but the labor sure was, 5 hours for an experienced tech. The dash had to come out, the manual stated this is not a job for the diy mechanic and seeing it apart I have to agree.

If you figure out it, let me know. Our 2005 doesn't have any heat, either.  :D

The Blend door is a common problem in Dodge's and all the time it takes to rip out the dash and change them can be saved by replacing them with a metal one instead of the factory plastic one. There are videos on how and where to cut in to replace them.

I'll do that when I get home. Can't watch youtube over here.
