Evaluating a used mill.

I am in the process of purchasing a used Timber King B20, with full hydraulics. The agency I work for requires that the equipment be inspected and evaluated by a professional in the field...prior to the purchase. I am looking for that professional in mid Michigan. Any suggestions?
