Visit from Forum Member b dukes

Forum member b dukes, Brady for short, and his Dad, Ed, came by today to check out the LT15 and to give it a test drive. He is from just down the road in McRae, GA. Brady has a circle mill, but is thinking about getting a manual bandmill. He obviously has good experience as a Sawyer, and he seemed to be right at home with the LT15. Here is Mr. Ed supervising the process.

It is always a pleasure to meet Forestry Forum members, and I have been blessed to be able to meet a number of them. We talked about a lot of things wood and lumber and mills. Brady, it was great to meet you, and I thoroughly enjoyed your visit!

Mr. Ed is a Bulldog ;D. We have a few of those in Georgia :D. They like to hang around sawdust piles......

I really enjoyed meeting Danny today. He took the time to go over the entire mill , showing me everything I should know and look for. After that , he let me cut a few boards.

I have to say his mill really impressed me. Before I thought I wanted one ,but now I know I do. A guy came by last week and made me an offer on my circle mill that I couldn't refuse. He gave me a deposit and will come pick it up this weekend. So I see something orange in my future!

. Now I am on the lookout for a LT15

Now there's a great marketing idea, especially for us oldies whose chest has dropped. Orange/wide with Woodmizer on each side.

Sorry mm it's pine. WDH she did want to bite customsawyer but he's so big she chickened out.The pic is from mr Tom's old sawing grounds the lodge.As soon as i get this pic posting down i will put up some nice pictures of our portable job there a while back.great place i know some of the older hands on here might enjoy seeing them again.
