Help Takeuchi tb175 oil in coolant!!

Woke up this morning to oil in the cooling fluid of our takeuchi tb175 >:( :o  (its an 360 excavator but we have a timber grab on it). Any suggestions?

Gearbox

Oil cooler oil presure  is higher than the water presure in the coolant . In goes the oil . you will be getting a small amount of water in the oil to . Gearbox
A bunch of chainsaws a BT6870 processer , TC 5 International track skidder and not near enough time
