HOW MUCH WOULD YOU PAY?

Hi everyone 8) I am wondering if anyone has dealings with Australias top timbers and how much would you pay/m3 sawn for premium select grade Queensland maple, black walnut, maplesilkwood, pink oak etc. I am thinking 4200/m2 plus expenses to be reasonable ???. Any feedback welcome!
