First, I always pack a lunch when I am sawing, and yes, it is very seldom when I do not do the packing.  I never "eat out" because my routine is to stop only long enough to eat and then back at it.


 
One sandwich, two cookies, small zipbag of chips, & usually a trailbar & dried fruit.  I recently bought one of those insulated stainless steel bottles that holds iced tea better than I could have ever imagined.  No more "freeze pack" and Coke.
