I hope you take pictures when you saw that big one. It looks like it is going to be a project.  What are they?

How'd you get them on the trailer?
How'd you get them off? :D

Tom i have a tree service that gives me logs and they
load them for me. If we have to load with out his loder
we have a cable and pully system that we use to pull
the logs on to the trailer, also the trailer tips down by
way of a jack in front. We also coat the ends with anchor
seal to help with cracking. In the phots you can see
the sawmill unloading the logs and some of the lumber
we cut from them. It was a White Oak that was 38"
 across and  10' long.

I am making a tall arts and craft clock, plus a 4 post
bed with this wood. Will post some photos of the clock
and bed as i git them done.

Nice looking logs, Sawwood!  I would sure like to see the end result when ya finish.

Since everyone is posting pics, I'll attempt one here.  Yes, that's the still unfinished solar kiln in the background.  Been too sick to get out there and put door on it.

oh-h-h-h, I see that New Holland skid steer now.  That would make it a lot easier.  I remember now that you told us about the crane.   Nic-c-c-ce.

C'mon Joey, get well.  Look at all the trees everybody is cutting up.  There won't be any left. :D :D

Joey hope you git better soon. Would like to see a
picture of the solar kiln. I have a frend that does my
drying. His will hold 1000bf at one time. May be some
 day i will build one.

I'm sure I can get a similar deal worked out with some local tree services, especially the ones that do land clearing.  Usually the guys that do land clearing have the equipment to handle big stuff since one guy has an 18" log capacity chipper with its own grapple arm for feeding it!

What is the weight capacity of the trailer?
