Tree farmer c4b honor hydraulic pump

Hey guys I have a c4b with a honor hydraulic pump the old one was leaking bad put a new one on today same exact pump and numbers and can't get it to do any thing pump has plenty of oil going to it only one way for the lines to hook up and it still won't pump made sure it's not air locked any one have any ideas or did I get a bad pump thanks in advance

I don't know about that particular pump, but some are made so you can run them cw or ccw by turning the center section around.
