I eat breakfast for supper much more than I do for breakfast. You don't have to worry about me driving the price of grits up any though. I am saveing them for right after I starve to death. lol

Good looking grits. Yellow grits are impossible to find up here so we brought some back from our last trip to Fla. I'd pass on the eggs. Only eat them scrambled or in an omelet. Still have not forgiven my 88-89 y/o aunt for making me eat fried eggs when I was a child and unable to defend myself.

I was wondering what that yellow stuff was. But reading the other posts it must be The Grits I been reading about. Don't know if we can get them around these parts. But I'll have The Bride check into it. Worth a taste I guess.

Please note the correct spelling of that yellow stuff. Once you tried it and think you want to join the,I like it crowd, than you can use capital letters. I myself only small letters.

Indeed....breakfast is good anytime of the day.  The wife is definitely a "breakfast for dinner" connoisseur.

And sometimes we get supper for breakfast!  2 days ago we had hamburgers. There were three extra bugers, so they were put in a ziploc bag in the fridge. Yesterday we had patty sausage again, and there were two extra patties. They just got tucked into the bag with the burgers This morning Tammy asks what I want for breakfast. I said, "well, we have that left over sausage. How about that toast and eggs?"   "Okay" she says.

I noticed that somehow over night, the sausage had gone bland and had taken on the distinct texture and flavor of a hamburger.  :D    That's okay. Egg yoke makes everything taste better.  EVEN GRITS! :)

I am very fussy about my eggs.
Keep the veggies away from my eggs all will be fine.
Certain veggies should never have caps either.
