I went and picked up my slasher today. It has a 36" bar and came with 5 extra bars. Does anyone have any info on these                   thanks                      TF

your slasher was made by farm equipment company in asheville nc they closed a few years ago maybe ctr in union grove nc has parts & info. most 1000 saws had a 2 line hookup most modern saws use a 3 line hookup also the 1000 series used 1/2 pitch chain which is no longer made i heard it could be changed to 404 harvestor chain  i have a friend who works on loaders &saws who might be able to help u send me a pm and i'll give u his number
