Firewood live deck?

Hello everyone! I do a bit of firewood as a hobby and just looking to make something to save the bending over that is wearing me out lol , have a porter with log loader and want to make a live deck i can load then some how use my chainsaw as a cut off saw then have it drop to my splitter
someone must have seen or made such a rig ??? thks

Poor man's live deck. Stand up and saw the logs, roll on splitter, throw in box, carry to basement door with tractor.

Wow, so many questions!
1. Nice grapple; home made or bought?
2. Interesting splitter; any more pics and/or details?
3. What is that grating that it appears you have your wood stacked on?

  How much can you lift with the grapple?
