not to stray off kevins grease job, as it did get me thinking, i might as well ask.

anyone use the 40$ tool that blasts lightweight oil into an otherwise impossible zerk? you know, hit it with a hammer?

im not too into the fact of just cleanin the stuff out of a stubborn zerk, i can just change the zerk out for a fresh one, but rather get the oil into caked in grease to break it up. get that lightweight stuff in there so theres room to push out the cake with an air-greaser.
thanks

I'm not familiar with Rust Reaper, but I know PB Blaster will work if you spray a bit in the end of the zerk fitting. Just let it sit for 10 minutes and then try again with the grease gun. Or if the zerk is threaded in and not pressed in, it only takes a second to unscrew it and clean it out.
