I would save the Franklin after looking at the picture again. I do not know the model but if the tin is all there,,, it may be a one of a kind.  Save and fix or pedal whole.

Looks like it has begun for you. Keep the trees,that can be seen from the road looking good. None of those that are bent over and touch the ground,none that are broke off and so on. Keep the landing looking neat too. That's how most will judge your jobs. Most only drive by and see what can be seen from the road.
And yes,as tacks Y noticed,the tin looks good. Most times that gets taken off and never put back on. Or gets so bent up.it's a bother to maintain.
