Title: Other leg designs
Post by: Brad_bb on December 04, 2016, 11:13:43 AM
Tammy,
I don't know if you guys are looking to expand riteleg, but I need some legs for a TV stand/bench.  The design I like is like these I found on a guys website, trapezoidal from flat stock.  I have a cool looking Osage slab that was waste from making curved osage timberframe braces that is 11-12 inches wide on the face.  I need the leg to be about 10 inches wide at the top to connect to the wood, and wider on the bottom for stability.  So I want the wide part of the trapezoid on bottom for stability on a narrower bench.  If it were much wider, then I could do the narrow part on bottom.
