hi
the 372 has 7 months of daily felling use on it and was well maintained  the 288 13 months of daily bucking use also with great maintince.  I owned a saw shop so they came in for service every night.  they are well used but also well taken care of.  I would not be afraid to put eather saw out there for felling use every day and know that I could count on them.

I will print your list out woody and post it in the mill office where the loggers come in for scale tickets. The PA address might scare em off. To bad you don't have some sort of shipping weight estimate.

If you part out or if we're speaking up to gang up an order, I need a set of chaps. Could the tire chains be modified for a tractor tire?

hi don

I can swap them out for a set I have that fit 18.4 x 26 these should go right on.  they may rap a little further down the side wall.  do you have enough power to turn a heavy set of skidder chains

Thanks woody

Beats me :D
I've got enough go to chain boards under the wheels and drag itself out of the mud.
Just had more ice/snow skiing fun than I wanted yesterday and some more traction would help at times in the woods. Its just a little MF35 on my 36 acres of mountainside.

Gordon, 7 hours? thats one day round trip in less then a day. If you get woody to meet you half way its only 3 and a half hours one way. thats only one and a half bad sunday morning movies. :) you would have watched if you had not gone.

If'n you can get woody to buy lunch and visit for an hour, you get a deal, he gets money to buy a Christmas goose and you both get to meet a forum member which is ultimately the finest part of the transaction. 8)
