Shed Conversion

Hi guys

Looking for advise on how to possibly convert my existing shed into a 18' x 11' gambrel shed/workshop. i have recently bought a couple of old town canoes which are 17' in length, so i was thinking the the gambrel would give us greater storage options and hopefully store the canoes in the loft space,  i have added some pictures after i stripped away the wall linings,  it appears the shed has been made  with 7"x 2" batons just screwed together,would this be strong enough to hold the roof weight. or I'm thinking of just pulling it down and starting from scratch

What did you think of the previous suggestions with some pics ?? Were they in line with what you have in mind?
