Had a sawyer look at dropping several trees for me. He found a cherry that he thought it would be curly. It's 16" on the small end, what would be the best way to saw it for the best profit

I would saw it for grade.  Called grade sawing.  Always sawing the best face.

Thanks that was my plan just don't know what would be the best thickness
