Atlanta forestry expo

Just came back from forestry expo in Atlanta Ga. the crowd was about half of what I've seen there before,very little logging equip. but it was fun to get away and talk sawing and lumber with others, I wore my new ff hat and got a lot of inquirys about forestry forum, I told them to check it out, that there were many friends here they haven't  met yet

That's the way to do it.  You make friends for all of us when you do that.

Atlanta's show has been going downhill ever since they took the outside exhibits down.  It's just not as much fun to go inside of a building and look at pictures and posters as it is to see a log sawed.  That and the fact that the show is in a metro Atlanta which makes it difficult for out-of-towners to attend is killing it.   That is a good convention facility but the have it well hidden.  :D
