power finally back on

man after the recent storm thats dumped over a foot of wet snow  our power was out for 10 days here and tv/internet for another 3 . but now all is well few rough days here lots of wire theft prevented guys from making repairs to get everything restored.. but AEP finally with the help of contractors from all over the US got it all back on.. lucky me and the wife like camping had all the stuff needed to live without to much strain other than fuel for the fireplace...  lots of trees went down firewood is not hard to find here anymore just places to put it

I know how you feel. We went without electric for 17 days after Katrina. The worst part was the 8 days without water.
