ouch that horse looks to be in a bit of a pickle..... what's it status  alive / dead

Texas Ranger

Chain sawed out, with minor injuries to head and neck.  Least this be taken wrong, the horse did survive, although rumor has it he bit the owner.

I had to saw a cow out of a hollow tree once.  The cow stayed amazingly calm while the sawing was going on, then hoofed it out of there ;D.  It is a good thing that there are chain saws, at least for that cow :).

Jeff, your hand eating tree.

Spruce bunny, allegedly, the owner was trying a set up shot of the horse with his head in the hollow, after food, when it slipped, panic set in, etc.

How BIZZARRE!

The most odd thing is the way the horse is sitting on it's bottom! It's just wrong!

I'm pleased it got out of it all OK.
