Too funny, I remember when no show Jones got his dui on a riding lawn mower.

I think there is a quota based on an inverse proportion to the state educational fund levels. I believe it also has a sliding scale adjustment by county. The 'Steve' quotient formula is a complicated bit of calculation and there is also a seasonal allowance which makes it even harder to predict. Where we would be without the "Steve's" of the world? They give Fire, EMS, and Police agencies something to live for. 8) 8) ;D ;D :D :D
