My sister in Law showed me a picture of a mill on wood island ?? alaska  It was a horizantal band mill  hooked to what looked  like a 6"x6" aluminum square tube    the mill seemed to be cantilevered  off the tube .  anyone know what it is ?

I've never seen one but I've heard of an aluminum Wood-Mizer.   It was built in the early years and was made to disassemble and pack into remote places.
