Just wondering if anyone has ever seen it done. I have 1 440D now, and know where another low hour one is. I cant justify a new 540G3, nice but not to park it 2 weeks a month. The only downfall to the B-C-D machines was the winch, I hate the 3325 with a passion. Has anyone seen a 4000 grafted on ? I can see it being possible but just wondering.

I'm not sure the 4000 would fit. It is a big unit. Why not the Gearamatic? There are adapter plates out there..

I have a 4000 on my 450C and love it. But I still use a small skidder alot, I hate bunching with a dozer if I dont have too. Just wondering if someones seen it done, I can buy a take off 4000 pretty cheap. Im sick of bands, special wrenches, the skidder uses no fuel but after my last go around with Nortrax having it rebuild im contemplating trying it.

4000 needs seprate hydraulics to run. I don't think it's doable.3325 is self contained. I could be wrong.

I would take the 3325 over my gearmatic any day

i thought about putting the winch from my 540b on the international in place of the gearmatic........they both need bands lol.
