All I can say is WOW.
I would sure like to be able to cut flooring to fit like that.
How do you get your ends to be so exact. The tongue and groove
I can handle but cutting each piece to be that exact in length.
Must be more to it than just a good chopsaw.

yes to do this floor for production we cut the ends on a double end tenoner.  half of the boards tongue on left groove on right the other half groove on left tongue on right.

The samples look good.

What do you expect the flooring to look like after a few years of the wood changing equilibrium mc ??

What kind of oak is that rustic oak, it sure is some good looking stuff.

All our flooring is dryed to between 7 and 10 % mc so there shouldent be a lot of problem with movement.

It is white oak.

Both retail & wholesale. 

no custom install for me.

We produce flooring and other cusom millwork for several other companies & I have a pretty good network of referals & repeat customers that keep us busy.
