Glad to hear that things are OK.  I do have one lingering caution, however. ;)

When burns heal, the injured tissue contracts and becomes non-compliant scar.  Things don't slide well after burn injuries, so joint movement after a burn can lead to contracture.

In your case, the burn is on the extensor side of the finger, (the side where the tendons extend or  straighten the finger).  If this tissue scars and contracts, you'll have a permanent middle finger salute!  So you could be giving all your friends and acquaintances a welcoming gesture at all times!  Good luck!   :D ;D :D :D
