Price per BF in your area?

Just wanted to throw this question out there. It's probably an abused question but couldn't find quick content on it. What are you guys charging per BF for kiln dried red/white oak that's plainsawn into 2x and 4x material? Just curious what it goes for in your area. Thanks in advance!

Youre in the logging section, you want the sawmilling section.

Cutting 2x4 s from oak I will not normally do. It is too much work [unless you have a gang saw, etc.] and half of them won't be straight. And then air dried and kiln finished. They need to be resawn from wide oak plank. $3.00 min. for the red and more for the white.
