I have a Dutchwest India 224 CCL wood stove from around 1989. It has never had maintenance that I am aware of other than pipe/chimney cleaning. I have been searching for someone who is reliable, skilled and knowledgeable about these kind of stoves with no success. I need someone who can come to my house and do a thorough assessment of the condition of the stove, efficiency, need for parts replacement. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Do you have a wood stove store nearby? That would be a place to start, as they would likely have the parts or know where to get them. Or possibly a professional chimney sweep could do this for you.

What appears to be wrong, if anything?

Here is a parts list for that stove, I think. Does it fit with your stove?

And you are located where?
